Agricultural and Forestry

Era Aif (Agricultural and Forestry) is a project with the aim of producing raw vegetable and animal materials of local varieties to develop the primary sector of the Val d´Aran and to be able, in the medium term, to establish families in the territory.

Aran of Terra

Juices made from fruits selected from the rich heritage of local apple varieties from the Aran Valley. They are old trees that, in this favorable environment, do not need any type of chemical treatment.

Mateu House

The Casa Mateu cheese factory is located in Surp, a small town in Pallars Sobirá, and makes artisan cheeses and yogurts exclusively with sheep's milk.

The Irissa

Hormatgeria dera Irissa is located in Era Bordeta (Valle de Aran). The cheese factory has its facilities in an old centenary cattle stable, rehabilitated and conditioned in 2009.

The Ordesano company was born in 2009 as a family business in Broto, a small town nestled in the Aragonese Pyrenees, surrounded by wonderful landscapes at the foot of the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park.
