Casa Mateu's natural sheep yogurt is made with pasteurized milk at 72ºC and with typical yogurt ferments.
The milk used in our cheese factory is fresh and comes from the farm in the nearby town of Corroncui.
In 2019, Casa Mateu's sheep's milk yogurt won the silver medal at the St. Armengol Cheese Fair, in La Seu d'Urgell.
